To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
The product must be unused and unwashed (unless faulty).
The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Ensure the item is securely packaged and ready for return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Some products are non-refundable, including:
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized items.
Perishable goods.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or exchange.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
